Rousseau Andre O'Neal II has been active Pastor of Rockdale Baptist Church since March 1998. Pastor O’Neal married First Lady Monica Deborah Vinson O’Neal in 1977. They are the proud parents of 5 children and 12 grandchildren. He was ordained in the Ministry in 1983. He is currently President of the Faith Community Alliance and active in many other organizations, secular & religious. He is the recipient of Cincinnati Interfaith Committee for Worker Justice Religious & Labor Man of the Year Award: Baptist Ministers Conference, Health Alliance, Martin Luther King Jr. Spirit Award; Urban League outstanding dedication service commitment to Black Church Week of Prayer for the Healing of Aids. Many other recognitions including Council of Christian Communions Charles P. Taft Ecumenical award. Pastor O'Neal is known for his presence in Religious, Political, Educational and Social arenas supporting the needs of people. O'Neal is a former councilman in the city of Forest Park. He continues to be a beacon of the Avondale community and the city of Cincinnati as a whole.

William C. Grant, has been an active member of the Rockdale Baptist Church for over 50 years. During these years Reverend Grant has served in many capacities including Superitendent of the Sunday School, member of the Deacon Board and Interim Pastor of the Rockdale Baptist Church. He is the former Pastor of the First New High Point Baptist Church in Cincinnati, Ohio. Pastor Grant's family has always been very important to him. He has been happily married to his wife, Ruth Grant for over 72 years. He is a proud father of 3 children, 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Grant is a graduate of the Temple Bible College where he earned his BA in Bible, BTH (Theology) and MD (Masters in Divinity). He also received an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree. Pastor Grant is a World War II Veteran with an honorable discharge rank of Sergeant. At the age of 95 Reverend William C. Grant continues to preach the word of God whenever asked.

Rousseau Andre O'Neal III, for the past 13 years in ministry he has been effectively bringing hope and a positive message to the Greater Cincinnati area. He now holds the title of Ministering and Youth Pastor at Rockdale. Pastor O'Neal III is the main speaker every Sunday at Rockdale's 10:45am service. He has been married to the love of his life, Carla O’Neal, for 7 years and has enjoyed every moment of it. Together they hope to positively affect everyone they meet.
